How Beds Share handles account, listing, booking, and support information.

Beds Share collects the information needed to run the marketplace: account details, profile details, listing content, booking requests, payment proof notes, notifications, reviews, and support messages you choose to send.
We use this information to show listings, manage bookings, help hosts and guests communicate, protect the platform, provide support, and track host commission invoices for the launch payment model.
Guests and hosts can see information required for a booking, such as names, listing details, booking dates, payment proof details, and host payment instructions. Beds Share does not sell user profile data.
We use password hashing and access controls, but no online service is risk-free. Do not upload sensitive documents or payment card details into free-text fields unless Beds Share explicitly provides a secure upload flow for that purpose.
For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact support from the email address on your Beds Share account so we can verify the request.
