The basic rules for using Beds Share as a guest, host, or administrator.
Last updated: May 27, 2026
Beds Share helps guests discover shared accommodation and helps hosts manage listings, booking requests, guest payment proof, and commission tracking. Beds Share is not a landlord, property manager, broker, escrow provider, bank, wallet, or payment processor in the current launch model.
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, protecting your login details, and using the platform only for lawful accommodation-related activity. Hosts must provide truthful listing, availability, pricing, house rule, and payment instruction details.
Booking requests are not confirmed until a host approves them. Guests should review listing details, house rules, payment instructions, and cancellation expectations before sending money or arriving for a stay.
Guests pay hosts directly using the host's instructions. Beds Share records payment proof and host confirmation so both parties can track the booking, but Beds Share does not hold guest funds or guarantee a refund.
Beds Share may update features, policies, availability, or moderation rules as the service develops. Continued use of the platform means you accept the current terms shown here.
